General
What is Housita?**
We are a Spain-based manufacturer located in Huelva, producing turnkey container homes in standard 20-foot and 40-foot sizes for worldwide shipping.
What sizes do you offer?**
20-foot container homes (compact, mobile-friendly)
40-foot container homes (larger living spaces)
What makes your homes turnkey?**
All systems are pre-installed and tested: plumbing, electrical, insulation, interiors, fixtures, and appliances. They’re ready to live in upon delivery.
Are the containers brand new?**
Yes. All containers are brand-new, never used for shipping, clean, and structurally strong.
What is your warranty?**
All electronics, furniture, fixtures, and fittings come with a 5-year factory warranty.

Horizon — 2 Bedrooms (40-Foot Urban Oasis)
Spacious 40-foot layout with two bedrooms
Suitable for families or shared living
Horizon Vista Living — 1BR Large-Windows Edition
1-bedroom layout designed for maximum natural light
Large windows and open-plan living
Helix’s Studio 20ft — Compact One-Bedroom Tiny Home
Efficient 20-foot studio design
Ideal for single occupants or minimalists
Customization
Exterior colors:** Black or White (standard).
Interior flooring options:** Wood, carpet, or vinyl.
Fixtures and appliances:** Electrical or gas options available (for off-grid solutions as requested).
Off-grid capabilities:** Solar and wind power options, plus water and waste tank configurations, can be installed within the container or externally on-site as needed.
Furniture & finishes:** Fully customizable to client taste and budget.
Utilities & Services
Plumbing:** Fully plumbed and tested before delivery.
Electrical:** Fully wired and compliant with EU standards; all systems pressure-tested.
Water & waste:** On-site or container-mounted water tanks and waste systems available.
HVAC & insulation:** High-quality insulation and climate control options are available to meet EU standards.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?**
Worldwide. We arrange international transport and can assist with customs and delivery to your site.
How long does production take?**
Lead times vary by model and customization. We provide a detailed timeline after the design brief is finalized.
On-site installation?**
Turnkey delivery includes all required connections and commissioning. Optional on-site installation support is available.
Quality & Safety
What safety standards do you meet?**
Our containers are built to the highest EU standards and pass rigorous safety checks for live-in readiness.
Can the units be expanded or combined?**
Yes. Multiple units can be combined for larger configurations, including multi-unit campuses or larger homes.
What about water, waste, and electrical certifications?**
All systems are certified and installed to meet EU regulations. We provide documentation and manuals upon delivery.
After-Sales & Support
Warranty coverage:** 5-year factory warranty on electronics and furniture, plus standard structural warranty as applicable.
What is covered?**
Manufacturing defects in electronics, furniture, fixtures, and fittings
Structural integrity under normal use
Power and plumbing systems (subject to terms)
What is not covered?**
Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or accidental damage
Customizations not specified in the original contract
Service options:**
Remote diagnostics and support
On-site service visits (where available)
